Due to their versatility, wine and balsamic vinegar are excellent condiments in cooking. Great for seasoning and marinating a wide variety of sauces and salads. Filos balsamic vinegars as well as red and white wine vinegars come from Greece, where the vinegar is used to flavour both daily and festive dishes. Filos products do not contain added preservatives or colourings.
